Our company’s PE sheet cleaning and recycling equipment is specifically designed for the crushing, cleaning, label separation, drying and packaging of used PE plastics. It is specifically designed for recycling various types of PE plastics. The production line is mainly composed of shredder/crusher, screw feeder, pre-washing machine, de-tapping machine, vertical dewatering machine and other equipments. The whole set of equipment features high automation, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and clean cleaning, etc. The waste PE plastic will be used as a recyclable PE raw material.
• Unpacking Machine – Breaking compacted and packed PET bottles
• Disc sorter – removes possible stones, small pieces of metal, and peeled caps
• Manual selection platform (optional) – Manual selection of PET bottles without color
• Metal detectors – detect possible metals in the material
• Prewasher – removes some of the sediment and remaining liquid from the bottle and rubs against the label to release it

• Rinse the sedimentation tank (decide the number of equipment according to the production requirements) – remove the caps and labels,
